Welcome to another Stewardship Journal. We are in the last weeks of July, one of the toughest times for giving. We believe this Journal will help you navigate through this time.

Here is a preview of this week’s Stewardship Journal.

Our team puts together practical advice to help your Finance Team plan for next year’s budget.

Are you a too-late church? Mark Brooks, The Stewardship Coach, concludes his series on closing the giving gap coming out of summer with a come-from-behind strategy. Mark’s post this week is entitled How to Avoid Being a Too Late Church. Mark shares the importance of church leaders being aware of their giving status and what to do if giving falters.

This week’s Bonus Section, entitled The Right Plan of Action, gives a step-by-step process of how to hold a special offering to help close any giving gap you might be experiencing.

This week’s Mission and Ministry offering section is entitled We Want to Say Thank You. The “talk” is a positive, upbeat way to show how you value those that give faithfully in support of all you do.
